Returns and Refunds Policy

At Himali Farm, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to you. However, we understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellation, returns and refunds.

Cancellation:

In case you would want to cancel your purchase, you can cancel your order at any point until it is shipped and your money will be refunded to your original source of payment. It will be initiated instantly at the time of cancellation and credited to your payment source within 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are possible only if one or more products are damaged, expired, or a wrong product is received. Product images must be attached to the return request.
• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
• Products that are opened, used, or altered in any way will not be considered for return.
• All returns are subject to approval by Himali Farm

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service team via support@himalifarm.in to initiate the return process.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, product images, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned product

4. Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Option

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days only after receiving the returned product. If the product is lost in transit after you self-ship it, we cannot complete the refund.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
• Refund amounts will include the full product price, minus any shipping costs.

Exception

• Items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Products damaged due to customer error or misuse are not eligible for returns or replacements.
